LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
What is Covered:
OmniPrint, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of the OmniPrint
product that the product conforms to the manufacturer's specifications
and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a
period of one year from the date of original purchase. OmniPrint
warrants that the OmniPrint product is manufactured from new components
and parts or like-new components and parts which perform like new
and meet the OmniPrint standard of quality. OmniPrint also warrants
that the consumable ribbon cartridge, if enclosed with the product,
will perform to the manufacturer's specified usage, which usage
may expire before the expiration of the one year limited warranty.
What OmniPrint
Will Do To Correct The Problem: If your OmniPrint product becomes
defective during the warranty period, please call OmniPrint at (800)
878-6880 to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
In order to receive an RMA# proof of purchase must be provided.
Returned product(s) must be securely packaged in its' original container
or equivalent with the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping box and
shipped to our location at 1923 East Deere Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705. OmniPrint
will, at its' option, repair or replace on an exchange basis the
defective unit without charge for parts or labor. When warranty
service involves the exchange of the product or a part the item
replaced becomes OmniPrint's property. The exchanged product or
part may be new or previously repaired to OmniPrint's standard of
quality. Exchange or replacement products or parts assume the remaining
warranty period of the product covered by this limited warranty.
What This Warranty
Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover third party parts,
components, or peripheral devices added to the OmniPrint product
after its shipment from OmniPrint, (i.e. dealer added boards, chips
or drivers). OmniPrint is not responsible for warranty service should
the OmniPrint label, logo, rating label, or serial number be removed
or should the product not be properly maintained or fail to function
properly as a result of misuse or abuse, improper installation,
neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by "natural"
disasters, improper electrical current, software incompatibility,
interaction with non OmniPrint products, or service by other than
an OmniPrint Authorized Service Location. All costs incurred in
shipping the product to OmniPrint (i.e. postage, insurance, shipping
charges) are the customer's responsibility. If a claimed defect
can't be identified or reproduced by our service department the
customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.
THE WARRANTY
AND REMEDIES PROVIDED ABOVE ARE THE EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF, ALL
OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. SOME STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
IF THESE LAWS APPLY THEN ALL EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE
LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD IDENTIFIED ABOVE. UNLESS STATED HEREIN,
ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR FIRM
ARE VOID, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. NEITHER OMNIPRINT
OR ITS' AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVIENCE, OR
DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE OMNIPRINT PRODUCT
WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some states
do not allow limitations on how long warranty lasts and some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to
you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have
other legal rights which vary from state to state.
